Your Role: As a Recruiter in our Hospitality Division, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to match exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles in the hospitality sector, including management positions, front-of-house staff, and specialized service roles. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry to understand their unique hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from initial contact through placement. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively advise clients and candidates alike. Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment strategies with client needs, ensuring successful placements and exceeding client expectations. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in ideal but we will train the right person Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
