Project Manager

Coast and Harbor Associates, a Construction Manager Advisor (CMa), is seeking a Project Manager with experience in major renovations focused on structural, HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems, managing Design-Build projects. This project is a Federal Building located in Saint Albans, VT. Responsibilities Oversee construction observation, contract management, and administrative support activities. Manage cost estimating, value engineering, and schedule management functions. Monitor building envelope repairs, MEP system upgrades, and associated construction options. Ensure project compliance with GSA PBS Core Building Standards. Ability to travel regularly to St. Albans, VT. Qualifications Minimum 10 (?) years of project management experience on construction projects. Experience with major renovation Design-Build projects. Familiarity with federal projects, GSA facilities, or government construction contracts strongly preferred.
