Assistant Project Manager | Napa, CA | $120,000 - $140,000 + Benefits Renewyx have partnered with a national Construction Manager-at-Risk and general contracting firm to bring on an Assistant Project Manager in Napa, CA. This firm builds big and builds public: K-12, healthcare, municipal and higher ed, large-scale, high-visibility work. Hiring now, moving fast. The role: Support project delivery on ground-up commercial and institutional builds. Coordinate subs, track schedule and budget, keep the job site moving. What you'll bring: Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on ground-up commercial construction Comfortable coordinating subcontractors and tracking schedule/budget on a large-scale job Sharp organizational skills, ready to move fast on a live site Nice to have (bonus, not required): CM-at-Risk or Design-Build delivery exposure Experience on public, healthcare, or education projects Procore or similar PM software, OSHA 30 What's on offer: $120K to$140K Permanent, on-site in Napa, CA A seat with a $1.5B+ national GC and a stacked project pipeline #J-18808-Ljbffr Renewyx
