Project / Program ManagerWe are seeking a results-driven Project/Program Manager to lead complex initiatives at the intersection of telecommunications infrastructure and financial systems. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom concepts—such as fiber build deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations—alongside the ability to interpret and manage financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects involving telecom and finance platforms, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead complex telecommunications infrastructure and financial systems initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.Interpret and manage telecom concepts such as fiber build deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations.Oversee project scope, establish structure, and create actionable plans in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Synthesize technical and financial information, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.Coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and financial teams to achieve project objectives.Maintain communication with leadership and partners by translating complex concepts into clear insights.Ensure compliance with program governance practices and manage project deliverables from Dallas, TX or Denver, CO (Dallas strongly recommended).RequirementsResults-driven project/program management experience in telecommunications or related fields.Strong understanding of telecom concepts such as fiber deployments, circuit provisioning, and network operations.Experience interpreting and managing financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical and financial information.Proficiency with telecom/fiber build systems, finance systems (e.g., ERP or billing platforms), and program governance.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
