Senior Brand Designer

Axonius is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to translate the company's cybersecurity asset management mission into a compelling, consistent visual identity across demand generation campaigns, web assets, and event experiences. Operating within the Marketing department and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a creative anchor by partnering with cross-functional content, product marketing, and growth teams. A key focus of this role is defining how to scale design output intelligently by building AI-powered design systems and workflows that accelerate production velocity without diluting brand quality.
Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core Axonius visual identity system, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography, illustration style, and motion design.
• Execute end-to-end design across a range of marketing deliverables, including digital advertisements, landing pages, email templates, sales decks, event signage, and tradeshow booths.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, brand guidelines, and prompt libraries to empower cross-functional teams to independently produce on-brand assets.
• Lead the development of AI-assisted design workflows utilizing tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to accelerate asset production.
• Lead agency relationships where needed to grow brand

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional brand or graphic design experience.
• Proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity design.
• Professional proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway) into active production workflows to ship finalized design assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• A professional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity systems, multi-channel campaigns, and execution across digital and physical surfaces.
• Professional experience designing marketing materials specifically tailored for technical enterprise, cybersecurity, or IT buyers.
• Hands-on proficiency with motion graphics and video editing tools, specifically After Effects and Premiere.
• Proven experience building internal design tooling, templates, or design automation systems.
• Experience designing landing pages and executing creative assets for conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code design automation platforms, such as Webflow or HubSpot templates

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)

$140,000-$160,000 USD
