As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a track record of recruiting across various functions and regions. You will serve as a strategic and trusted talent advisor to our hiring teams, providing guidance and expertise. It is crucial that you have a thorough understanding of our target markets and are well-informed about the talent pool, interview best practices, assessment criteria, and competitive landscape. Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, considering the importance of diversity and inclusion at top of the funnel.
Build and nurture talent communities for future requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal.
Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey.
Communicate effectively with business partners and hiring managers, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
5+ years of full cycle (360) recruiting experience.
Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders.
Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
Experience in solving most hiring challenges independently.
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
