Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Job Scope: As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
