Physical Therapist (Full-Time - PT) - Legacy of Pleasant Grove (Floater)

REF:#5ab357b4e5a44b84 This position is a floater role requiring travel to various facilities in the Birmingham Metropolitan area to provide physical therapy services. The therapist will ensure high-quality care while supervising therapy assistants and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Essential Job Functions: Deliver physical therapy based on physician’s care plans. Assess and evaluate patients’ therapeutic needs. Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy and equipment use. Participate in discharge planning and case conferences. Supervise therapy assistants and maintain communication with care teams. Qualifications: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license and two years of clinical experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must have a reliable vehicle for travel.
