*The pay range mentioned is an estimate and is based on performance. As a Plumbing Technician, you are compensated per job, with earnings determined by commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency Response: Address and resolve plumbing issues with efficiency and expertise.
• Water Heater Services: Perform repairs and replacements of water heaters.
• Fixture Installation: Replace and install various plumbing fixtures including faucets, tubs, and toilets.
• Drain Cleaning: Execute effective drain cleaning procedures.
• Sewer Maintenance: Operate conventional sewer machinery proficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Leak Detection: Proficiency in locating and repairing leaks is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work.
• Customer Service: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
