Overview: Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $16/hr. Category: Food and Beverage Location: Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas WHAT WE PROVIDE: This is a Seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: Training Team Members during their "On The Job" training shifts Motivating and coaching Team Members Assisting cashiers with cash handling procedures (ex: coupons, meal vouchers, etc.) Assisting Seasonal Supervisors in measuring Team Member performance through training verifications, audits, and performance evaluations Enforcing all Six Flags Fiesta Texas policies Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Qualifications: Willing to work in a high-performance team environment Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays May work up until 12am-1am during Fright Fest Season Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. 18 years old or older Able to successfully complete pre-employment background check Ability to pass a standard math test for cash handling abilities Passion for helping others succeed Ability to develop a high-performance team Ability to work in a confidential environment Ability to remain calm during stressful and emergency situations Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people Sense of fun Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Sr Supaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
