Mortgage Loan Processor — Springfield, IL Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Up to $22.00/hour Love organizing details and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? Join a team where you'll be the key connector between loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers — guiding every loan from application through closing. What You'll Love Pay up to $22.00/hour, based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options Retirement plan options Real opportunities for professional and skill growth What You'll Do Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness Order and verify third-party documentation, including credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and employment verifications Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and help clear conditions for final approval Keep borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents updated on file status in a clear, professional way Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and mortgage industry regulations What You'll Bring Mortgage processing, banking, administrative, or finance experience is a plus High accuracy in reviewing financial documents and data entry Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite Great time management and multitasking skills to meet closing deadlines Location/Region: Springfield, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals
