The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading daily front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests. This hands‑on leadership role oversees staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance while actively supporting front desk operations and maintaining high service standards. We have a variety of positions within our 54,000‑square‑foot facility. This position works closely with all areas within the facility to serve the needs of our members. Teamwork, critical thinking and compassionate service are important as we deliver high‑quality programs and services for the members, patients and guests. How You'll Contribute Leading daily front desk operations by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests. Serving as both a hands‑on team member and supervisor by actively supporting front desk operations while overseeing staff performance and service standards. Creating, coordinating, and supervising staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and smooth daily operations. Training, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring all front desk staff to maintain consistency, professionalism, and high performance standards. Leading by example through professionalism, accountability, strong communication, and teamwork. Handling and resolving member concerns, complaints, and complex issues promptly and professionally. Ensuring staff compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and organizational standards. Assisting with performance evaluations, staff development, and corrective actions while supporting front desk operations as needed. Health & Fitness Center access: What We're Looking For Associate’s degree preferred; applicable work experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education. Previous supervisory or leadership experience required, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, customer service, or front‑desk environment. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with members, guests, and staff. Ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and maintain a positive, professional work environment. Experience with staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and day‑to‑day team supervision. Ability to handle member concerns, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
