Production Quality Coordinator

Job Overview Production Quality Coordinator – New Boston, MI – Brose North America. Engr & continuously improve New Boston Plant manufacturing & assembly processes, applying quality assurance techniques and SAP ERP Quality Management module, SAP web-based Quality Issue Management, and O-QIS tools to increase OEE & reduce customer claims (warranty & 0km), and scrap costs during high volume production of mechatronic Touchless Handsfree Access; door modules; power/manual seat adjuster systems; spindle drives; power center consoles at high volume cmpt manufacturing plant for JIT delivery to OEM customers. Responsibilities Apply DMAIC & Six Sigma methodology, based on statistical tools such as Pareto Chart, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability (Cpk), Process Performance & DOE analysis, to identify & solve root causes of problems. Qualifications Master, Ind or Mechanical Engineering, or related. 1 month experience as Intern, Engr, or related, applying DMAIC & Six Sigma methodology, based on statistical tools such as Pareto Chart, SPC & Cpk analysis, to identify & solve root causes of problems, or related. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brose North America
