Quick Facts: Location: Monroe, WI Start Date: 11/19/2026 End Date: 08/26/2027 Shift: 4x24-hour day shifts (07:00 – 07:00) Hours/Week: Based on scheduled shifts Employment Type: Contract (W-2) License/Certs: Active Medical License in Wisconsin, Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred Experience: 1+ years of clinical pediatric experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1,419.60 per 24-hour shift Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do: Provide medical care and consultation to pediatric patients in a hospital setting. Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for various pediatric conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records. Participate in on-call rotation, providing overnight coverage as scheduled. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices in pediatric care. What You Need: Active Medical License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one Certification in Pediatrics (or eligible for certification) At least 1 year of pediatric healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and clinical skills in pediatric medicine Ability to work 24-hour shifts and handle high-acuity cases About the Assignment: This assignment is at a reputable hospital in Monroe, Wisconsin, providing comprehensive pediatric services within a supportive environment.
