Job Requisition ID #26WD98619Position OverviewWe’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Search Intelligence Manager to help power the next generation of Organic and Agentic Search with AI-driven insights at Autodesk. This role supports the broader Search Experience function by transforming search data into actionable reporting, opportunity analysis, and performance insights that help teams make smarter decisions across content, SEO, AEO, and digital experiences.As part of the SEO and AEO Center of Excellence, you’ll work closely with search experience, technical search, content, and analytics partners to monitor performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities across Autodesk.com. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, identifying insights, and helping teams understand what’s driving search visibility and engagement. You’ll play a key role in operationalizing insights, supporting recurring reporting cadences, and helping scale how we evaluate performance in both traditional and AI-driven search environments.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze SEO, AEO, and website performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across content and landing pagesBuild and maintain recurring reporting for search visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion performanceSupport the development of actionable insights that inform search recommendations, content updates, and optimization prioritiesManage and triage search intake requests across content, technical SEO, and marketing stakeholders—helping prioritize analyses, reporting needs, and optimization opportunities based on business impact and team prioritiesMonitor changes in rankings, traffic, and search visibility to help identify emerging risks or opportunitiesPartner with content teams, and technical stakeholders to support optimization initiatives and measure impactAssist with validating and QA’ing SEO and AEO datasets, reporting outputs, and scoring frameworks used for prioritization and analysisHelp maintain standardized KPI definitions, reporting structures, and measurement documentation across search initiativesConduct keyword, prompt, competitor, and search trend analysis to support content planning and optimization effortsSupport business reviews and stakeholder presentations by preparing performance summaries, visualizations, and insight narrativesStay current on SEO, AEO, and digital marketing trends to help inform future opportunities and reporting needsMinimumQualifications3–5 years of experience in SEO, AEO, digital analytics, performance marketing, or a related analytical roleExperience working with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Profound, or similar SEO toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear takeaways and recommendationsComfortable working with large datasets in spreadsheets, BI tools, or reporting platformsUnderstanding of SEO and AEO fundamentals, including rankings, crawlability, keyword strategy, prompt strategy, content optimization, and search performance metricsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across search, content, analytics, and marketing teamsInterest in emerging search technologies, including AI-driven search experiences and evolving search behaviorLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $139,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $66,200 and $110,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
