Senior Investment Adviser Associate-Client Service

Senior Investment Advisor Associate (Client Service) Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management is seeking a Senior Investment Advisor Associate (Client Service) to join its Los Angeles office. This client-facing role supports a growth-oriented advisory practice by delivering exceptional service to affluent and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrative and service contact for high-net-worth clients and their professional advisors, including CPAs, attorneys, and business managers. Lead or contribute to firmwide and departmental projects. Open new client accounts and oversee onboarding through completion. Provide comprehensive daily client service, including transaction processing, cash management, tax-related activities, charitable gifting, required minimum distributions, account maintenance, and custom reporting. Execute and monitor asset allocation changes as directed by Advisors. Coordinate Advisor client meetings and prepare portfolio review materials. Attend internal and external meetings or events as requested. Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and portfolio databases. Partner with management to enhance operational processes and service standards. Ideal Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Series 7 preferred. Minimum of five years of client service experience supporting high-net-worth individuals within an investment management firm, private bank, or broker-dealer. Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments. Proven knowledge of account registration requirements and related documentation. Experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Investments. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and supporting internal stakeholders. The starting base salary is $72,000.00 to $95,000.00 plus applicable bonuses and incentives. The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in a company incentive plan. This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment.
