TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE - $110,000

Newman Regional Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team, with flexible options for full-time or part-time. This position will work with upper extremities. We will support training as needed for this important role.

About the Role

In partnership with Newman Regional Health Hospital , we proudly serve the Emporia, KS community and surrounding areas. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through meaningful recovery journeys—helping them restore function, improve mobility, and regain quality of life. This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to deliver high-quality care in our outpatient setting .

What You’ll Do

• Treat patients with individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
• Provide occupational therapy services that promote recovery, mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe and effective rehabilitation practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and documentation standards

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or half-day shifts
