2nd Shift Welder – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $23/hour

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Who We Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques, a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products and projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and weld parts using MIG welding
• Use hand tools such as grinders, air, and power tools
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Keep up with production demands while working safely

Skills/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or welding school preferred
• Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a professional setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and prolonged standing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
