Case Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Case Manager to join their busy Litigation Department. This role will provide senior-level case management and substantive paralegal support across a portfolio of complex matters. The position coordinates teams, deadlines, discovery, technology, and trial preparation to ensure cases remain organized, properly supported, and on schedule. This role has a 2 day in office and 3 day remote hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Coordinate case-management activities across attorneys, paralegals, clients, vendors, and litigation support teams. Track case developments, deadlines, deliverables, staffing needs, risks, and follow-up items. Maintain litigation calendars, matter trackers, action plans, status reports, and meeting materials. Identify and escalate potential delays, resource gaps, and operational issues. Support discovery, filings, document review, factual development, depositions, hearings, and trials. Manage eDiscovery workflows, document productions, litigation technology, vendors, and trial presentation support. Qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting or managing complex litigation matters. Significant experience with large-scale discovery and commercial litigation through trial and appeal. Advanced proficiency with litigation, eDiscovery, case-management, and document-review technology. Excellent communication, organization, judgment, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills. Salary Up to 175K, maybe some flexibility depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
