Job Description Assist with supervising a group of 15 - 21 campers. Participate in camp activities. Interpret safety and health regulations to his/her group such as emergency procedures to guide his/her campers in participation in group, unit, and camp-wide activities. Recognize and respond to opportunities for problem-solving in the group. Assist in developing opportunities for interaction between campers and staff. Help provide opportunities for the group so that each camper experiences success. Set a good example for campers and others, including cleanliness, punctuality, sharing clean-up and chores, sportsmanship, and table manners. Report any concerns or issues to a coordinator. Follow camp rules and regulations pertaining to smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, and use of drugs. Minimum qualifications Candidates must be 16 - 17 years old. Have experience caring for children. Must be available for all 9 weeks of camp plus a week of camp training; 5/24/27 – 7/30/27. Work Monday to Friday, 35 – 40 hours a week.
