What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at THG Palatine, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional food.
