What We Offer Health, Life, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Potential job offers at end of internship for Post‑Graduate position (depending on performance) Accounts Payable Intern Western States Fire Protection is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to join its accounts payable team at the Corporate headquarters in Centennial, CO. This is not a remote position. The salary range for this position is $15.50 – $19.50 per hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities Utilize workflow to review incoming Accounts Payable invoices. Review various data fields for accuracy and adjust where required. Assign invoices to the appropriate branch queue. Assist with vendor statement reconciliation. Perform data entry, review, and posting of AP invoices in accounting system. Work together with the Corporate AP Team to ensure timely processing of invoices. Assist with other AP processes and projects as needed. Job Qualifications Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to learn the WSFP Accounts Payable processes. Sufficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Type with speed and accuracy. Ability to collaborate. Time Management. Willing to pass a post‑offer drug test and background check. This position will be accepting resumes at an ongoing basis.
