Job Description
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead an established outpatient therapy clinic in Buckeye, AZ.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys developing clinicians, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor therapists and support staff
Maintain an active clinical caseload
Build a collaborative, accountable team culture
Support clinic growth and referral relationships
Ensure a high-quality patient experience
You’ll receive structured leadership onboarding, ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, advanced certification opportunities, and strong operational resources.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an established clinic while continuing to grow as both a clinician and leader. It also offers a $10k sign on bonus.
