Payroll Service Team MemberPayrate: $49.00 - $49.62/hr.Responsibilities:Fulfill day-to-day functions of the payroll service team including but not limited to: Dimensions timecard maintenance, Workday HRIS data integrity, accurate payroll process management via UltiPro, time accrual management & auditing of data sets between various payroll source systemsDirectly facilitate the end-to-end payroll/HR workstream for the global mobility workforce including core profile, tax equalization & compliance managementCollaborate with Home Office (South Korea) & North American Subsidiary stakeholders to ensure mobility assignments are initiated & concluded properlyEnsure company representatives utilize appropriate processing procedures within federal, state & local compliance regulationsEffectively manage relationships within defined SLAs while providing on-going research, resolution, product support & a superior customer experience to workers, HR, accounting, retirement program & benefits administrators, as well as payroll & timekeeping vendorsAct as the Level 3 Customer Experience team for mobility & payroll related inquiries submitted via Service Request ticketing system, phone & other various channelsEvaluate mobility processes & procedural documents for increased efficiencies & opportunities for continuous improvementManage leaves of absence & calculation of supplemental benefit paymentsMentor payroll analysts & employee support center representatives to elevate fundamental payroll knowledgeSupport reoccurring & ad hoc reporting including production of basic to intermediate reporting to various internal & external stakeholdersLead various project initiatives & influence results including collection of user requirements for system enhancements & solutionsDeliver business performance reviews & educational presentations to various audiences from front line employees to senior leadershipSustain periodic & cumulative audit processes for monthly, quarterly & annual activities including (but not limited to) mobility tax credit monitoringOther duties as assignedQualifications:5+ years of US & CAN work experience in a payroll role, preferably in a 3rd party payroll or shared service environment with specific concentration in global mobility4+ years in customer service-related field & ability to demonstrate strong customer relationship skillsExperience with top tier payroll & HRIS systems (UltiPro, Dimensions, Workday or similar)Ability to troubleshoot & resolve requests using pre-defined & creative solutionsExpertly interpret, create & present a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, & diagram or schedule formProduce measurable results in a collaborative team environment as well as independently to manage time & priorities while achieving defined personal & team goalsPayroll audit, control, quality assurance &/or tax management experiencePayroll accounting experience including GL posting, accruals & reconciliation of payroll expensesDemonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Word & PowerPointAPA Fundamental Payroll Certificate (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designations preferredCanadian Payroll Association certification preferredBachelor's degree preferredTop Skills:Payroll ProcessingGlobal Mobility/Expat/ImmigrationKoreanThe typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $49.00 - $49.62/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
