Senior Manager, RxAuto Communications

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Manager for RxAuto Communications to develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that build reputation, drive employee engagement, and support organizational change initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership on strategic communications while managing public relations, social media, and change management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Drive public relations efforts including trade and consumer media outreach, product announcements, and issues management
• Develop and manage RxAuto social media channels and employee advocacy programs aligned with BD strategy
• Partner with executive leadership to create internal communication and change management strategies that drive engagement
• Research, write, and publish content across multiple platforms including intranet, town halls, and presentations
• Establish metrics to measure communication effectiveness and organizational change initiative outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years corporate communications experience with transformation initiative involvement
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Internal and organizational communication experience
• Experience managing external communications agencies and media relations
• Proficiency in social media strategy and employee advocacy programs
• Strategic partnership and change management capabilities
