• Title: Food Processing Machinery Specialist
• Where: Madison
• On-site: Yes, full-time
• Shift Differential: Add $2.00/hour for all Third Shift hours worked (not reflected in the starting base rate)

• Run and optimize machinery using defined product and process parameters
• Confirm correct raw materials, packaging, and labels before startup
• Track performance and make in-process adjustments during production
• Check seal integrity, verify fill weights, and confirm label accuracy
• Validate that packaging and finished goods meet specifications and counts
• Accurately complete batch record documentation
• Support line changeovers and complete equipment cleaning

• High school diploma
• Comfort standing for long periods; able to lift up to 20 pounds
• 3+ years’ experience with manufacturing machinery and processes; solid grasp of GMP and SOPs

• Equipment troubleshooting
• Mechanical diagnostics and repair
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience
• HACCP methodology
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Mixing and blending operations
• Raw material weighing
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Understanding of pasteurization processes
• Machine setups for production runs
• Background in a manufacturing environment
