Bilingual Business Development Representative
Kevin Navarro State Farm is seeking a motivated, personable Bilingual Business Development Representative to help build customer relationships and generate new business.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and schedule appointments.
- Explain insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Support agency sales and outreach goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Sales, insurance, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain required Illinois insurance licensing.
Compensation: Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives. Full-time position with growth opportunities and training provided.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
