Job Summary:
A licensed Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is sought for a position in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role involves evaluating and implementing patient rehabilitation plans, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, wound care, and use of assistive devices. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. - Schedule: 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: The role involves screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care. Responsibilities include developing and adjusting treatment plans, documenting clinical interventions in compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. Supervision of PT assistants and support staff as well as adherence to professional practice acts and ethical standards are expected.
