Details Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit with 15 LDR rooms, 3 OB triage rooms, 3 ORs, a 4-bay PACU, and 4 antepartum rooms Unit supports a Level III NICU Uses Meditech and CPN documentation systems Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Floating required within the women's and children's service line Cares for high acuity patients including circulating C-sections and administering IV drips such as magnesium Requirements Active RN license (VA or Compact) required Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate Experience in a fast-paced L&D unit required Experience with scrub role and circulating in the OR is helpful Experience with procedures such as C-sections, epidurals, cerclage, and version US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Facility supplies scrubs Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible First-time travelers may be considered American Traveler Job ID P-742569.
