Hill Bros is looking for a hands-on Tractor Technician to join our shop team and keep our Class 8 fleet safe, compliant, and on the road. If you're comfortable turning a wrench, chasing down a fault code, or knocking out a solid PM, this could be your shop. We do just about everything in-house except warranty work.What You'll DoKeep the Fleet Rolling: Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on Class 8 tractors, and on trailers when neededDiagnose and Fix: Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systemsStay Road-Ready: Inspect before and after repairs to make sure every unit meets DOT and company safety standardsDocument the Work: Log clear, accurate repair notes in our maintenance systemTeam Up: Keep workflow moving by staying in touch with your supervisor and fellow techniciansOwn Your Bay: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safeRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required6–12 months of hands-on diesel maintenance experience preferredYour own set of tools (our Tool Purchase Program can help)Basic computer skills for logging repairs and communicating with the teamValid driver's license with a clean MVR (no SR-22)CDL is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Hill Bros?
