Job Overview Senior Specialist, Business Analyst, Standards – senior role serving as recognized expert in business analysis for AI‑consumable standards, business rules, and compliance requirements that enable compliant‑by‑design content creation. Responsible for translating legal, regulatory, policy, and operational requirements into clear standards, decision logic, and structured business rules applied across content creation and assembly. Key Responsibilities Define and document standards, business rules, decision logic, metadata structures, and functional requirements for AI‑consumable processes. Provide advisory support to managers, product teams, and cross‑functional partners, guiding best practices and improving decision quality. Collaborate with business, compliance, legal, regulatory, product, data, and technology teams to embed compliant content creation practices at scale. Support governance, validation, versioning, change control, and continuous improvement of standards and rules. Lead or support projects and workstreams, coordinating stakeholders without large‑team leadership responsibility. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business analysis, standards definition, compliance requirements translation, or solution design in regulated environments. Proven ability to translate legal, regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into actionable standards, rules, process requirements, and functional specifications. Experience with AI and generative AI, understanding of structured rules, prompts, metadata, and decision logic in content creation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills; simplify complex requirements into scalable, reusable standards. Experience providing advisory support to managers and cross‑functional teams. Experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders without large‑team responsibility. Preferred Competencies Strong understanding of compliance, legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. Ability to advise on best practices, decision frameworks, and execution approaches. Hands‑on knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, use cases, and implementation considerations. Ability to document structured standards, business rules, decision logic, metadata, and acceptance criteria. Execution discipline with track record of delivering accurate, dependable, and scalable outputs. Capability to lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and provide clarity in a matrixed environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, data, life sciences, regulatory, or related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience in business analysis, compliance, AI, GenAI, process improvement, or standards management preferred.
