You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while helping lead our advisors to hit key performance goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering top-tier service, this could be your spot.What You’ll Do:Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and recommend the right servicesWrite clear repair orders, explain the costs, and get approval on the spotFollow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informedAssist the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team developmentHit sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scoresBuild lasting relationships to turn one-time visitors into loyal clientsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years in automotive service advising or a similar roleStrong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with dealership management systems like Reynolds or CDKA positive attitude and natural leadership abilityInfiniti or luxury brand experience is a plusThis is a full-time position with competitive base pay plus performance bonuses, great benefits, and real opportunities to grow.
