A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join its legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client advocacy and excels in a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will manage personal injury case files, maintain regular communication with clients, and support attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on case progress.
• Collect, review, and organize medical records, damages documentation, and other case-related materials.
• Prepare settlement demand packages for attorney review.
• Draft settlement calculations and settlement-related documents.
• Monitor case timelines to help ensure matters move forward efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients and third parties.
• Prepare routine correspondence and manage incoming mail and case documentation.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal handling personal injury cases.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• Experience preparing settlement demand packages and related documentation.
