Como Rooms Division Attendant , serás una pieza clave en la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes, asegurando que cada cabina y área pública cumpla con los más altos estándares de limpieza, orden y presentación. Tu dedicación a la excelencia contribuirá directamente a la satisfacción de nuestros pasajeros y al prestigio de Princess Cruises.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Mantenimiento de Áreas Públicas: Contribuir a la limpieza y orden de áreas comunes designadas, como pasillos, terrazas y áreas de servicio, manteniendo los estándares de higiene y presentación.
Gestión de Suministros: Controlar y solicitar el inventario de productos de limpieza, y amenidades, asegurando la disponibilidad para el servicio.
Cumplimiento de Estándares: Adherir estrictamente a los protocolos de limpieza, seguridad y salud establecidos por Persohotel International y Princess Cruises.
Reporte de Incidencias: Informar a supervisores sobre cualquier daño, desperfecto o necesidad de mantenimiento en las cabinas o áreas asignadas.
Colaboración: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar una operación fluida y una experiencia excepcional para el huésped.
Flexibilidad: Adaptarse a las necesidades operativas del crucero, lo que puede incluir turnos variables y tareas adicionales según se requiera.

Requisitos del Puesto:

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia comprobable en puestos de camarista, limpieza hotelera o roles afines.
Idiomas: Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito) es indispensable para la comunicación efectiva con huéspedes y tripulación internacional.
Nacionalidad: Se priorizará a candidatos con nacionalidad mexicana o centroamericana.
Habilidades:
Atención al detalle y alto sentido de la limpieza.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
Habilidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera eficiente y cumplir con plazos.
Excelente actitud de servicio y orientación al cliente.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos.
Condición física para realizar tareas que implican estar de pie, caminar y levantar peso moderado.
Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad para embarcar y cumplir con los ciclos de navegación de Princess Cruises.

Experiencia laboral en limpieza en general en hoteles, restaurantes o similares
Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable.
Disponibilidad para laborar contratos de 8 meses abordo.
