Retail Store Regional Director

Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields, required. Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in retail, with 3‑4 years' experience in retail management. Must have multi‑unit leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of increased annual revenue and process improvement. Advanced Leadership Skills and Business Acumen. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to develop and grow internal partnerships and interact cross‑functionally with all levels within the organization. Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Must have strong training skills and the ability to be cross‑trained in all positions. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite. Must demonstrate strong customer service and conflict management skills. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects. Possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license is required. Possession and maintenance of personal vehicle is required. Must be able to travel within territory over 75%.
