We are currently seeking an experienced Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in our Summerville office. Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC Notary certificate required. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in real estate closing or expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or bachelor's degree (preferred) South Carolina Notary certificate (required) Preferred Attributes Detail oriented: capable of carrying out a task with all details necessary to complete it well Motivated to make an impact: inspired to perform well by contributing to the success of a project or the organization Education Associate's degree or better in Paralegal Studies or related field.
