ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent since 1990 and currently lead a close-knit team of six. I earned my associate degree in Business from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Valdosta State College. Outside of work, I’ve been married for 41 years and have one son. I love cooking, fishing, and traveling with my husband whenever we get the chance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Diane Pierce - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
