Responsibilities * Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices and computers using schematics and analysis skills * Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with precision soldering and hand tools * Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to identify root causes of malfunctions * Conduct equipment repairs including component replacement, circuit board repairs, and system upgrades * Utilize technical support skills to assist customers with device setup and software troubleshooting * Follow detailed repair procedures using schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs * Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and diagnostic findings for quality assurance Required Qualifications * Proficiency with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems * Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools for precise electronic repairs * Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively * Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex device issues quickly * Experience with mobile device and computer hardware repair and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with providing technical support in retail sales or field service environments * Strong understanding of electronic components and equipment repair processes
