Senior Brand Manager

Owning the end-to-end brand experience for two growth brands, the remote Senior Brand Manager will manage merchandising, profitability, and sales metrics while collaborating across teams to drive e-commerce performance and strategic brand evolution. Key responsibilities Oversee commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and sales mix for two growth brands Define and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives and campaigns Required qualifications 5+ years of e-commerce experience, particularly in DTC brand management or growth Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through merchandising and experimentation Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations, including site and lifecycle management Experience with experimentation methodology and data-driven decision-making Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
