Responsibilities Set up and preparation of station for service Cook menu items to order in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow sous chefs instructions Break down station and clean kitchen at end of shift Ensure high quality standards for food Comply with sanitation regulations, allergy protocols and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Requirements Ability to work at a variety of stations and shifts as business demands Previous experience in kitchens, cooking or an interest in Culinary Arts preferred Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional and positive attitude Desire and willingness to learn and grow Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy Team oriented individual Focused and Driven
