Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Los Fresnos, TX ISO Workforce Alliance is actively hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract position in Los Fresnos, TX for the remainder of the school year. This role supports a school district with a focus on student evaluations, therapy services, and collaboration with Special Education teams. Pay: $60–$75/hour (based on experience and credentials) Weekly pay Job Details: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) On-site position Contract through the end of the school year Mixed caseload (therapy + evaluations) Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and families Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Qualifications: Active SLP license (TX or eligible) ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on support) School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills About ISO Workforce Alliance: ISO Workforce Alliance partners with school districts nationwide to provide high-quality staffing in Special Education and related services.
