Clean Room Packager / Microscope Inspection Associate

Start Immediately | $18.00 per Hour | Weekly Pay

Join a fast-paced medical manufacturing team where quality and precision are essential. This role involves working in a clean room environment, inspecting and packaging medical components using microscopes and detailed work instructions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a strong focus on quality.

• Perform microscope inspection of small medical device components to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Package medical products according to detailed specifications and quality standards
• Assemble kits and components following written instructions and work orders
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed during the manufacturing process
• Read and follow production documentation, blueprints, and travelers
• Label, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with clean room requirements
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or inspection experience preferred
• Ability to work with microscopes and perform detailed visual inspections
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
