Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this onsite role, you’ll deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain independence and quality of life.
