COTA - Travel Contract

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in LaMoure, ND. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Active North Dakota state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Assignment Length: Approximately 13 weeks.
• Start: Expected May 11, 2026 (start date provided by client).
• Client requires COTA to work on-site at the facility. Floating to other facilities may be required if requested by the client.
