What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll help create an amazing shopping experience while keeping the store looking its best. Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable customer service. Help customers find styles and products that fit their individual needs and personalities. Stay up to date on current fashion trends, brands, and styles. Help create a fun, welcoming, and fashion-focused shopping environment. Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, registers, and back room clean, organized, and inviting. Merchandise clothing and accessories in an attractive and organized way. Maintain high standards for store cleanliness and presentation throughout the day. Process purchases, returns, and other customer transactions accurately. Assist with buying and evaluating clothing and accessories when needed. Help receive, organize, price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Work as a team to meet store goals and provide an excellent customer experience. Take ownership of your responsibilities and help keep the store running smoothly. Follow company policies and procedures while helping create a positive team environment. For Fast-Track Supervisors: Take on additional leadership responsibilities, help support the team, and assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
