The work directly impacts the technological framework that supports organizational objectives and customer solutions.Job Responsibilities:Design and deploy platform services to improve infrastructure performance, security, and cost-efficiencyOptimize existing platform services to efficiently handle core data workloadsCollaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to advance platform capabilitiesImplement automation and operational improvements to enhance developer experienceEnsure robust platform architecture through practical engineering solutionsParticipate in code review sessions to ensure the quality and security of code and configurationTriage and remediate alerts from service monitoring and security eventsWork within an Agile environment to streamline processes and increase productivityAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experienceOR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experienceOR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Related Field (Preferred)4-7 years Developing and deploying platform services with a focus on automation and operational excellence (Required)4-7 years Collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams in an Agile environment to advance platform capabilities (Preferred)4-7 years Optimizing infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency in a cloud environment (Required)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Agile Methodologies - Expertise in applying Agile practices and principles to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software development projects.
