Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: Every other weekend & 50% holidays Floating required: Primary: Adult ICU ClusterABLS, BLS required. Will accept first time travelers who have solid ICU experience in a large facility/academic center Can be floated within ICU cluster. If not needed in ICU cluster, may be floated to Med Surg areas. This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required. Floating is mandatory all travelers must float, including as Patient Observers (Sitters): ICU may float to PCU or MS units PCU may float to MS or ICU units MS may float to MS/Tele Pediatrics may float anywhere in the organization as a Patient Observer (sitter) Post-Partum may float to MS units L&D may float within Maternal/Child Extensions: Effective 4/8/26, travelers can work up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts, (or 9 months of consecutive service). Following that, traveler must take a mandatory (6) month break before returning to MU Health Care in an agency capacity.
