Role Overview Manager, Program Cost Controls – EW Systems finance team supports program execution for the ALR‑67 RWR programs, leading a team of 3–5 financial analysts and providing cost control, financial planning, and earned value management. Responsibilities Lead a team of financial analysts to support program execution, reporting, and ensure quality deliverables. Oversee period close activities and coordinate weekly and monthly financial reporting cadence. Support inputs, reviews, and submission of portfolio financial deliverables. Analyze financial performance including bookings, sales, earnings, cash, and cost elements. Identify and communicate financial performance issues. Maintain balance sheet, overhead, and investment activities, including capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs, and ARs. Ensure application of Raytheon financial policies and procedures across program teams. Manage earned value management (EVM), baseline planning, estimate at completion (EAC) development, risk and opportunity analysis, financial forecasting, short‑range outlook (SRO), annual operating plan (AOP), and long‑range plan (LRP) activities. Support customer and internal management meetings. Qualifications – Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with externally reported EVM programs, including IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS requirements, and DID formats. Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar systems. Experience using Microsoft Office applications. U.S. Citizen, and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Secret). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in team environments and coordinating work across functions. Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes. Experience managing multiple priorities and workloads. Experience analyzing and summarizing financial data for decision support. Experience communicating financial information in written and verbal formats. Experience working independently and within cross‑functional teams.
