Hotel Sales Manager

Sales Manager – Courtyard by Marriott, Cayce SC. Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and local market engagement. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business across corporate, SMERF, and local accounts Maintain and grow existing client relationships Conduct outside sales calls and local networking Manage accounts, contracts, and rate negotiations Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Management to maximize performance Participate in sales strategy, forecasting, and market analysis Requirements: Prior hotel sales experience required Marriott, Hilton, or IHG sales experience strongly preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Flexible schedule to support client needs and market events This role is ideal for a hunter — someone who understands hotel demand drivers, knows how to work a market, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or walk into an account. #J-18808-Ljbffr
