Quality Manager required for Food and Bev Manufacturer Quality Manager Greenville, KY We are seeking a hands‑on Quality Manager to lead internal quality operations at a food manufacturing facility in KY. This role is ideal for a floor‑focused quality leader who enjoys building teams, partnering with operations, and driving strong internal quality systems in a fast‑paced environment. The Quality Manager will have the following responsibilities: Lead internal quality programs in a food manufacturing environment Manage and develop a team of 3 Quality Supervisors and Quality Technicians Maintain a strong, visible presence on the production floor Own internal quality systems, procedures, and documentation Partner closely with Operations and Food Safety to ensure alignment and execution Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to internal quality performance Lead internal audits, deviations, corrective and preventive actions Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing quality team The ideal Quality Manager candidate will have the following skillset: Experience in food processing or food manufacturing Proven leadership of quality teams in a hands‑on, plant‑level environment Strong understanding of internal quality systems and process controls USQF or other GFSI experience strongly preferred Comfortable being on the floor and making real‑time quality decisions Strong communicator and collaborative partner with operations Team‑builder focused on engagement and retention #J-18808-Ljbffr
